We reckon it's time to upgrade to PJ Remix. The guys at Team PJ haven't gone final yet, but they must be getting close. Talia from our design department loves it: "Yay for Remix! I've been doing a heap of digital album exports lately and I use a lot of non standard sizes in digital albums. Using Remix I don't need to make any adjustments to the alignment in Photoshop because PJ is now spot on! So much time being saved!" Talia had been holding off because the QuickTime movie function was "too slow", but now that's fixed there's no holding her back. So you know, you can move from PJ Retro to Remix To View More >>

Sometimes we have trouble persuading people that Photojunction displays images in overlay albums exactly as they will appear in the album. They think what you see on screen includes the area of the print that will get lost under the mat. That may be because other programs "grey out" the area that will be hidden (we do the same with photo front covers, but nowhere else). Photojunction hides it completely because we want to show you what the album will look like - no distractions! Anyway what you on screen is exactly what you'll see in the album. Take a look at the image panel of the tools window. To View More >>

Prompted by the unfortunate demise of Spicer Hallfield, which was once the UK’s foremost album manufacturer, I emailed our list in the UK yesterday. The gist of my message was that their ex customers should think twice before choosing a replacement supplier – especially if their gut reaction was to look for someone offering a similar product at a similar price. My email generated quite a lot of enquiries for Sonya's team, plus some feedback that I thought I'd discuss over the next few days. But let me start with the tough one... Someone called my email an "unbelievable bit of ambulance chasing". To View More >>
